We will institute the following actions on your behalf as a Pro Se litigant in an effort to overturn any criminal proceedings against you:
1. Challenge the Jurisdiction and Authority of the Courts and Prosecutor as to:
Proper Appointment
Oath of Office
Filings, etc.
2. Challenge the Procedures: We will challenge any and all procedures of the court that do not properly follow the Constitution, Statutes, Regulations, Rules, Manuals, etc.
3. Check the charging instrument (grand jury indictment or information) for missing or excessive basic, legal and fact elements.
4. Determine whether charging instrument was amended during trial.
5. Determine whether petit jury instructions were different from the charging instrument.
